WHAT ARE THE DIFFERENT FINISHES FOR KEY CHAINS?
You can freely choose between four finish types: phone strap, phone strap with dust plug, key ring, or ball chain. The dust plug is a plastic bit that fits into earphone jacks of phones, hand held consoled, and tablets (if they have one - some newer models may not).
Strap colors and extras will vary depending on the charm you buy.
If you buy more than one charm at once, or purchase my "choose any..." options, you can mix and match finishes as you like. For example you can get one charm with a key ring finish, and the other with a phone strap. Just leave instructions with your order!
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN PAPER AND VINYL STICKERS?
Paper stickers are less durable and a bit less glossy looking. Choose vinyl if you want a higher quality version of the sticker, but if you plan to just stick them everywhere and are okay with them possibly wearing off and being replaced over time, the paper stickers do well enough!
The print quality is the same.
ARE ALL YOUR STICKERS WATERPROOF?
Not always by default, no. Some may be water resistant where they are ok with some contact with water, but shouldn't be regularly submerged.
You can find specifically waterproof stickers in my shop.
Since I do not own a dish washer, I can currently not say how well they hold up in a dish washer, so I can recommend you to either handwash them carefully, or test in a dish washer with just one sticker at first.
WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE THREE PIN SIZES?
I offer mini pins (1"), standard pins (1.5") and large one (2.25"). If you want the typical, normal pins size then the standard ones are best.
Mini pins are adorably tiny, and the large ones are big enough to show more of the design.

HOW BIG ARE ACEO PRINTS?
ACEOs or ATCs are trading card sized, so they are somewhat similar to, for example, a credit card.
They are smaller than half a postcard, so if you do not want tiny prints, please look at my larger sizes instead.
CAN I GET A SPECIFIC PRINT OR STICKER IN A DIFFERENT SIZE?
Often, yes. If I can make a design larger or smaller for you without quality loss, I will do that! Please contact me before placing your order so we can talk about it.
Depending on the work it takes as well as the additional material cost, this may raise the price.
CAN I GET MY PRINTS SIGNED?
Yes! My prints will currently not come signed by default, but if you would like me to sign them on the front or the back, please just let me know!
HOW WILL MYSTERY BAGS BE PACKAGED?
I have to follow postal service rules about the size and thickness of packages so I have to package most things pretty snugly. If you buy different kinds of Mystery Bags together, such as a Small and a Sticker Mystery Bag, I will package them separately and label them for you.
If you buy two or more of the same kind, I will sometimes mix them all together to save space. If you need them to stay separate, for example because you are buying one for you and one for a friend, please let me know with your order!
WILL I GET THE SAME ARTWORKS TWICE IN ONE MYSTERY BAG?
No. I will do my best to not give any duplicates in your Mystery Bags. I try to keep track on what you already have from previous purchases also, but if you buy a lot of Mystery Bags and I run out of designs to give you, you may start getting duplicates.
If you've bought from me before but have changed your name or it was on a different platform, feel free to remind me!
I also exclude stickers from this, and you may get designs you already have if you buy them in consecutive orders and not together.
Possible duplicates of products or designs can not be returned or exchanged.
WHAT IF I DON'T LIKE HALF THE STUFF CONTAINED IN MY MYSTERY BAG?
Please look through my items, photos, and descriptons before placing an order. If you have more questions or need more photos, you can always contact me. The Mystery Bags can usually contain any of my finished desgins, old and new ones, whatever I have in stock.
It is possible that you will get a product or design you don't like as much, but that's just how Mystery Bags work. If you want to exclude a specific theme or fandom, you can do that! For example, if you want to get fanart mixed in, but don't like Yuri on Ice, you can excluse that fandom by leaving me a note with checkout. I allow this to make the experience more enjoyable for all customers.
Please remember that Mystery Bags, or items from Mystery Bags that you did not like, can not be exchanged or returned.
I WANT TO GIFT SOMETHING TO A FRIEND, HOW CAN I DO THIS BEST?
You can place an order and enter your friend's address for me to ship it to, or have it sent to your own home and pass it on yourself. I can also giftwrap and add a gift message for you on a cute little exclusive card!
Do keep in mind that even if your order is a gift, I still have to fill out a customs form that will be stuck to your order, which has order value and contents.
I NEED A PERSONALIZED STICKER/PIN/PRINT FOR AN EVENT!
I can customize most things in my shop for you. For example if you want one of my sticker designs but on golden metallic paper and with text of your choosing as a special sticker for your friend's birthday, that should be doable! Depending on the work and possibly material cost, this may raise the price. Please contact me before placing an order for more information.
