1. My Service
My website, services and products prodived to you and through the website are on an 'AS IS' bases. I may, with out without notification, alter my website or any products, prices, photos, or shipping options, or delete them. I retain the right to refuse service to any individuals without disclosing a reason.
Should I be unable to fulfil your order, I will cancel it and fully refund you.
2. Your Responsiblity
You agree to enter all information correctly to the best of your ability. By registering and placing an order, you agree to these terms of service at the time of purchase.
Payment must be made successfully for the full amount of your order before it can be shipped.
By placing an order on this website, you agree that you are of age, or have an adult's consent to buy these items.
3. Warranties
I do not give any warranties for the products sold on this website. All items are handmade works of art, and should be handelled with care at all times.
Please always be careful not to drop products on hard surfaces, or submerge into water. Many printed goods may fade over time in direct sunlight.
If you have any concerns about product quality, please contact me!
4. Processing and Delivery Times
By placing an order, you agree to my stated processing and delivery times. I can only ship about once every two weeks right now, and the ongoing pandemic as well as severe weather, the holiday season, and other events are delaying mail all over the world.
My currenct processing time is about 1-15 business days, though I always try to ship as soon as possible for me. Delivery times, depending on your location and the size of your order, may take up to 12 weeks.
In cases of delay, you may have to wait that long before the next step (replacement/refund) can be initiated.
5. Tracking Numbers
While some products have mandatory tracking, you are free to choose between standard shipping and registered mail most of the time.
It is up to you whether or not to get a tracking number. If your order has no tracking number, you may be asked to wait the full 12 weeks before we can determine whether or not your order was truly lost.
6. Lost & Delayed Orders
If you think your order is late, you can contact me at any time.
However, especially right now, international orders take a while to arrive.
If your order was tracked, I will ask the postal service to start an investigation, and we can find out quickly whether the order went missing, or is still en route.
If your order was untracked, you may just have to wait longer.
Please understand that I can not replace or refund all orders that are just delayed. I will of course replace/refund your purchase once we know for sure that is got lost.
7. Damaged Products
If your order arrived damaged or contains damaged products, please contact me. Make sure to take photos of the damage as well as the packaging - if damaged. In some cases I can take the photos and go to the post office to request insurance compensation, and in some cases this must be done by the recipient.
If you do not get compensated by your postal service, I will of course provide a replacement product shipped to you at no extra cost.
8. Customs Fees and Taxes
I do not charge VAT or taxes, so depending on your location, you may have to pay import customs fees when recieving your order. Please look up your own country's rules regarding this. Orders returned to me due to unpaid customs fees will get their value refunded but not the shipping fees.
UK customers may want to order through Etsy as Etsy takes care of UK VAT and makes sure your package gets through customs without any hold ups.
9. Cancellations
You may cancel your order at any time before it has shipped. Because sometimes my processing time is under 24 hours, you have to contact me immediately, or it may be too late! I do not accept cancellations outside of the EU.
If you are within the EU, you must contact me for cancellations within 14 days, and I refund product value only, not the shipping fees.
10. Returns
I do not accept returns outside of the EU.
In any case of returns, the products must be returned to me in original condition, and I will only refund you once I have them safely back. This means that it may take a while. If I do not get my products back, I can not refund you.
If the products arrive back damaged, you may not be refunded the full amount.
Refunds for returns due to customer error or a change of mind will not have the shipping fees included.
Please make doubly sure you want the products before purchase, or contact me with any questions.
11. The Subject of this Website
This website, or my art and products may subject you to content you find questionable or offensive. I shall not be responsible to you in any way for the content that appears on this web site nor for any error or omission. If you find manga style art, homosexuality (Yaoi), men with animal traits, or naked bodies distasteful, please leave this website now. By staying on this website, you explicitly agree that you are okay to be subjected to the above mentioned themes.
12. Your Privacy
I use any information you provide just to fulfil your order. This includes filling out a customs form for all orders outside the European Union.
In some cases, I will contact you via the provided e-mail.
Your information may be stored on this website if you make an account, but it will not be used by me for anything else.
I am not responsible or liable for what the host of this website (freewebshop.com), or the payment providers (Paypal/Stripe) do with your information.
You may not:
* Copy any of the products, images, text, designs, or ideas of this website.
* Use any images, products, text, designs, or ideas in any commercial manner.
* Use the information on this website for in any manner that would involve junk mail, spam, chain letters, pyramid schemes, or unautharized registrations.
